Editing the tax report

As far as I know, nobody in Germany has started working on the tax-related 
reports and structures. Since I don't know anything about taxes here 
(.de), I won't be able to do it either. So, if you like to see it in 
GnuCash you are more than welcome to implement that...  However, that 
would require some programming skills, most notably in the programming 
language Scheme (a LISP dialect). You then would edit/extend the file 
src/scm/report/taxtxf.scm directly and/or add a new report in that 
directory.
