Finance::Quote not built/installed?

Mainly that, as a separate project we just put in the 'lib' directory,
it's unlikely to change except for upgrades and so it's faster to avoid
building it every time.

At any rate, to answer your next questions, quote retrieval is currently
broken in CVS, but will become unbroken very soon.
