labels on piecharts

I'm trying to debug a income-by-category piechart I'm working on, and
it won't display labels.  I presume the labels should just be a list
of strings?

Additionally, I notice that there is provision for URL's to be added.
Can we set things up so that, by default, there are no links, unless
they are explicitly added?
