reconcile window problems

I'm using Friday night's cvs build, and the reconcile window setup
dialog has some problems

The one that enters the statement date and final statement amount.

When the focus is on the date field, pressing TAB should go to the
amount field. However, the amount field always seems to be highlighted
when the dialog is created, which is misleading...
