QIF files not read on GNUcash

I think I got it.  Your file has some blank lines at the top.  
Remove the blank lines, and it should start importing correctly ...

Could you patch the qif inport code so that leading white-space is
ignored?  Greg's bank seems to be sending qif files with a few extra
lines up front.
