QIF files not read on GNUcash

Hey found one more, it does not appear to be reading the 6th line of the
data.

PWITHDRAW
MRCN OF PENNSYLVABILL PAYMNT 010323
^

The MRCN line does not appear in the GNUCash register.  How do i get it
to pick it up?
