(minor) report bugs

Hi!

There are some minor bugs in reports:

- reports don't show german umlauts (äöü).
  the umlauts need to be replaced by &auml;,
  &ouml; resp. &uuml; in the html code.

- when I open a new report or change report
  parameters of a report with guppi graphics,
  the report window does not get (re)drawn
  immediately. The open menu tree keeps
  displayed. When I then move the mouse,
  the report is displayed.

SuSE-7.1, KDE
gnome-libs 1.2.8
libguppi-0.35.5 (same behavior with libguppi-0.35.2)
