Export to QIF?

I have something mostly coded for this; I'm out of the country right now [well, 
obviously in _some_ country!  :-)  I'm in the process of moving from Texas to 
somewhere around Toronto, but I digress...] and should see about popping the 
"qif-export.scm" script out late next week when I get back south.

The "tough" part is walking the splits correctly, particularly if there are a 
bunch of them.  It's not _too_
tough...
