First-time users and the account setup druid

At the moment, GnuCash pops up the account setup druid as
soon as it is opened, the first time the program runs.  

I think it would be a rather good idea in this situation if
it popped up a dialog box stating "Welcome to GnuCash . . . "
and giving users the option of "Go ahead and create a new set
of accounts now", "Read new-user tutorial (which at this stage would simply
be a help page explaining a few very fundamental concepts and
links to other help pages), or "Import my Quicken Files now" which
would run the QIF importer.

Such a dialog box should be dead-easy and quick to do.

What do you all think?
