Hi Rob,
I just tried to import the attached QIF file into my GnuCash book (a short
QIF piece from my online bank). I chose one existing checking account as
matching QIF account, and I chose existing income/expense accounts for the
payer/memo field. "Lastschrift" = Debit, "Gutschrift" = Credit.
However, as I hit Finish, the QIF importer tried to create those accounts
I just chose. Since they already existed, the QIF importer created a new
set of accounts: Assets2:MyBank2:Checking2, Income2:MyIncome2,
Expense2:MyExpense2.
This is obviously a bug. Can you reproduce that?
Christian
