g-wrap 1.3.1 vs. 1.2.1

That's not helpful...  Untar and run 'diff -r' on them to see what's
different between them.  I seem to recall that 1.2.1 was pretty much
1.1.11 (with the number changed, of course).  Just the number changes
will cause different tarball sizes, although I must admit that not
necessarily 17kb of difference.
