Trouble building CVS

I just had to change src/gnome-utils/Makefile.am to build
CVS gnucash.  gnome-print apparently depends on gdk-pixbuf,
but the appropriate -I flags weren't there.

I fixed it by
explicitly adding GDK_PIXBUF_CFLAGS to the required cflags,
but shouldn't the required flags already be set in
GNOME_PRINT_CFLAGS?

Have I found a bug in current Debian gnome-print?
