Ahh, I just figured this out... 

There is the "template_group" which is an account group.  Then there
is the schedxaction_list, which is a GList* of transactions..  So you
can access the transactions via a List of transactions or by the
Account Group.

So I was just confused (that seems to be happening a lot to me,
lately).  I'm not sure why you'd want to access them both ways, but
whatever.
