Obtaining the GNCSession from a Transaction or Account?

There appears to be no:

	GNCSession * xaccTransGetSession (Transaction *);
or
	GNCSession * xaccAccountGetSession (Account *);

There should be, or at least there should be a relatively
simple path to one.  One could argue that all objects should
be able to point back to their Session.
