Another LibOFX release (0.12)

Here is another one, thanks to those who commented so far.  Hopefully it 
should now install painlesly for everyone.

LibOFX 0.12:
	-LibOFX can now be transparently used by both C and C++, using the same 
include file (libofx.h)
	-ofx2qif rewritten in C, to ensure that C compatibility will be maintained 
and tested.
	-Added target uninstall to all makefiles
	-Various other makefile improvements
