I'm wondering if we could use a tool such as CVSup
http://www.polstra.com/projects/freeware/CVSup/ to mirror the cvs
repository. This would have to be arranged in concert with Linas,
however, to maintain his CVS as authoritative and just have the mirror
available when there is downtime. Perhaps do this by not allowing
commits to the mirror but only to Linas's?
