gnome-config? Re: need help getting 1.7.5 on debian unstable

I'm still getting the "Could not find gnome-config" errors.

I can't seem to ./configure correctly as it bombs-out looking for
gnome-config. What pkg provides gnome-config? I can't seem to find it
_anywhere_.

Thanks to Derek, as installing libhuile-dev helped. I installed g-wrap as
well (http://www.gnucash.org/pub/g-wrap/source/g-wrap-1.3.2.tar.gz).

I've installed libguile-dev, and libgwrapguile-dev, and upgraded
libgwrapguile1, (but I do NOT have the latest "libgnome-dev" FWIW), still
getting gnome-config error. *shrug*

Thanks for any clues or sharing clue.
