a converter from Money Smith to qif

Hi guys!

I needed such a converter, in order to migrate from MOney Smith to GnuCash.

I wrote the program, in python. I reads a file with the transactions in 
tabbed table format (Money Smith can export in that format via the clipboard) 
and produces an optimized set of qif files that gnucash imports.

It's well tested. It imported perfectly my 9,000 transactions I had on 
MoneySmith.

I'd like to give it to the gnucash community with a GPL license. How can I do 
it?
