GnuCash 1.7.6 release delayed

Hi All,

The 1.7.6 Release of GnuCash has been delayed while we wait on a new
version of g-wrap that fixes the so number problem and the problems with
-Werror on RH8. I'll release it as soon as I get a release of g-wrap
from rlb.
