Do you happen to have a GNOME CVS account for cvs.gnome.org? If yes, you can 
commit your changes there, and I'll copy them to the Gnucash CVS tree within 
a days and vice versa. If you don't have cvs access, we would like to ask you 
to send your changes to the gnucash-patches mailing list. Usually, Dave 
Peticolas will commit all patches from there into the Gnucash CVS within the 
twinkling of an eye :-)  There is a perl script called make-gnucash-patch 
provided with the distribution that you can use to create the patch. Details 
can be found in the file README.patches in the distribution main directory.
