segfault upon startup of gnucash HEAD

I'm sorry, that one goes on me. I didn't do a complete rebuild after the 
latest cvs update. Therefore top-level.c wasn't rebuilt and still called 
gnc_html_register_url_handler with an integer instead of a char*. And since 
the macro stayed with the same name (and macros aren't typed, as we all know 
- -- macros are evil, aren't they?), the type change of the macro somehow 
wasn't recognized.

So a rebuild of top-level.lo did it. Everything fine again.
