Unreliable gnucash.org access

Re: site outages, unreliable access

My internet provider has been sold to another internet provider, and
they seem to be monkeying with thier routing tables, leading to 
what seem to be occasional site outages.  If you find that you cannot
ping www.gnucash.org or cvs.gnucash.org at any time, please use
/usr/sbin/traceroute, and send the results to <linas@linas.org>

At least, the above is what I assume to be the root cause of the
access complaints I've been getting recently.
