This only happened on the blank split, but that's when you usually want
to use this command. I fixed this bug about 5PM PST today, fixed another
problem caused by the swapout of the register code, and did a few tweaks
on it.  The (currently named) "Reinitialize Transaction" code should now
work correctly in all cases.
