crash at startup

Yea, 1.6 wont work (yet). I'm working with rlb on trying to get that
working. The (soon to be released) g-wrap-1.3.3 passes its "make check"
with guile-1.6...
I'll see if I can pull down 1.4.1 and try building gnucash using it.
