Obviously we still have different assumptions about "what the user 
wants" and what she doesn't want or understand. I found the following 
document very helpful:

As you can easily see, this document is quite enthusiastic about 
druid/wizard-style dialogs. :-)

As Chris Lyttle said when he posted this article a year ago, "While I 
dont agree with all that they are saying it explains the reasoning 
behind the way they are currently designing MS Money so I thought you
