Where do I send g-wrap patches?

When I tried to build an RPM for g-wrap-1.3.2-1, I discovered that the
spec file has not been updated since g-wrap-1.2, and that there have been
considerable changes since then.

I eventually managed to get a spec file which seems to work, but since
g-wrap is not in the gnucash cvs tree, I figure that it might not be
appropriate to post the updated spec file to the gnucash patches list.

So can anyone tell me where I *should* post it?
