HBCI abort

Meanwhile, this problem has been solved:

Due to a directory synchronization error the directory .openhbci disappeared 
which leads the the abort of gnucash. (strace helped to find this).

Sorry for the hassle this caused. However, perhaps a more graceful response to 
problems with .openhbci would also help others.
