Initial Draft, GnuCash Help

Hi all,

I've put together the following outline of headings for GnuCash Help. My
idea here is to divide the help into 2 parts, the first (this one) is
done as an 'Application Help Manual' as described in The Gnome Handbook
of Writing Software Documentation - 
http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gdp/handbook/gdp-handbook/
I am also using the GNOME Documentation Style Guide -
http://developer.gnome.org/documents/style-guide/

The second manual will use the outline developed by Carol Champagne to
form a 'Concepts and Tutorial' simply called The GnuCash Users Guide.
This should make it easier for people to find specific examples of how
to do common tasks in GnuCash as well as provide an extra source of
information as to the background behind the how to do things.

As always, any input, suggestions or offers of help are appreciated and
welcomed.
