Concerning HBCI, there are no "simple options" right now. Everything 
concerning HBCI setup has to be done in the setup druid. And since all of the 
possible HBCI setup functions require several steps to be performed, those 
have to be inside that druid and not be moved to the options.

But concerning the "General Transaction import" framework, I guess that even 
though we don't need one or more options at this point in time, we fairly 
soon will have some. So IMHO it is just fine to rename that section to 
something general ("Import" should do it) and there will be 2-3 options added 
within the next weeks/months.


About the rest of the discussion: I definitely agree with Chris' argument 
here. I think the less things have to be managed through options, the easier 
the application can be used for everyone. On the other hand I don't have much 
knowledge of the code that actually requires those options, so I better leave 
that discussion up to you.
