Plonk!  Consider "Provides byte-stream format" gone.  :)

(I'll send a patch to fix the README file later... if I remember)

Now, if only I could figure out how to hide the other two.  Maybe they 
should simply not be included?  Certainly the "written in C" isn't going 
to draw new users, but the "network safe file access" may be interesting 
to mention...
