Mailing list available via NNTP

[News Gateway]

gnucash-devel at lists.gnucash.org is now available via NNTP at
news.linuxguru.net in the lists.gnucash.devel group. Here are some quick
notes: 

1. The feed is performed via a mail to news gateway. This can mean that
on rare occasions a message that is seen on the mailing list is not seen
on the newsgroup.

2. The feed is one way only. Posting is disabled, and even if posting
were enabled there is now mechanism in place to send posts on the
newsgroup to the mailing list. 

3. For those that wish it, I can provide a newsfeed (even via uucp if
you wish) for both lists.gnucash.devel and lists.gnucash.user
