ANNOUNCE: Auto Cap Gains, alpha 1

This is great news !

I think the 'Balance Sheet' and maybe other reports may need to be fixed
also. Not just a new 'cap gain' report as it seems to be suggested here ?

Also the documentation about 'comodity earnings' has a very strange
section that describes something like a hack to take into account comodity
related losses and gains. I guess this documentation need a fix too.
