CVS out of disk space

Just in case it's not been brought up yet, the CVS server is out of disk
space:

cvs server: failed to create lock directory for
`/home/cvs/cvsroot/gnucash' (/home/cvs/cvsroot/gnucash/#cvs.lock): No
space left on device
