I'm not screaming.  It's just that this is your fault... ;)

You might consider a change to src/backend/file/... so when it sees
ISOXXXX:RUB it auto-converts to ISOXXXX:RUR.  However this wont help
with postgres backends...

Note for the future:  changing currencies is Bad.  You can
add new ones, but changing existing ones break data files.
