GnuCash 1.7.8 problem with Scheduled Transaction on 31st/Last

This is similar to the problem I'd been having with the Mortgage/Loan Druid.
Is this, http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=102626, what you're 
experiencing?
