Question about importing QIF with 1.7.8 (crashing)

I've been able to reproduce this problem (now that you actually sent
some QIF that causes it!   Thanks)..

Amusingly, there is this comment right by the code that is causing the
Gtk-CRITITCAL ** error:

      /* warning means the date format is ambiguous. Set up the format
       * selector page.  FIXME: this can return warnings for things
       * other than date format ambiguities. */

I suspect that we're hitting the FIXME portion.  I'm looking into this.
