exchange rate warning in building cash flow report

I opened gnucash from a terminal.

While building cash flow report, in the terminal appeared the following:

ITL 192,618,306  =  $204,197.67)

Those amounts actually corresponds to some transactions of mine. With gnucash 
it appears all OK.

Why does it give me that warnig?
