CVS locks held by hampton

Now that I've thought about it some more, I have a sneaking suspicion as
to what happened.  Linas version of cvs appears to be b0rken when a file
checkin requires creating a new branch in the process.  I had lots of
cvs crashes when checking in the sync.  I mean *lots*.  The branch
creation succeeded, the checkin succeeded, then cvs died trying to diff
something.  Each and every file that had been created since you first
pulled the g2 branch probably still has a lock on it because cvs died
before removing it.
