Absolutely. August 17th be the 1.8.5 release date, then. I suggest we should 
go into "string freeze" on August 3rd. 

This would mean there is currently one more week to include new features that 
require new strings, and after that two more weeks for features and bugfixes 
that don't add new strings or change existing ones.
