to me it seems that on

http://gnucash.org/en/lists.phtml

either this message is wrong or at least misleading...

I could subscribe, so at least some parts work. I suggest to replace the 
complete message by something saying, "minor things might not work as 
expected" (like browsing Archives) or something like that.
