Excellent.

The other advantage of a separate chapter, is that this new chapter 
could include stuff (besides the comparison between Quicken categories 
and GnuCash accounts) on how to migrate to GnuCash.  Additionally, we 
could include comparisons with other software packages besides Quicken.
