gnucash-de online again! (was: GnuCash Mailing Lists are Offline)

Hallo Rainer,

even though the website might still need updating, we can at least 
report some restoring effort for now:

    The Mailing list gnucash-de at gnucash.org is up and running again!

Those email addresses that could be found in gnucash-de's archives have 
been automatically added as subscribers. For everyone else, subscribing 
can easily be done through 
https://lists.gnucash.org/mailman/listinfo/gnucash-de .

And I still need some people who could help moderating that list... 
Unfortunately I lost the email address of Manfred who used to be the 
moderator there... can you contact me again? That would be very nice.
