Website problems

Hi Linas (I guess...),

I'm having some problems with the gnucash website today.  A number of
links that I am clicking on are _sometimes_ redirecting to
public.www.gnucash.org.


For example from the gaude page:
    http://www.gnucash.org/docs/v1.8/C/gnucash-guide/

If I click on "Section 13: Accounts Payable" the first time I will get
redirected to public.www, then if I hit back and then retry the link I
will get to the correct www address.


Any ideas what is playing up?
