I would have suggested to copy the common goals from discussions and/or the 
old roadmap for to the http://gnomesupport.org/wiki .(which was allready 
refereced on this list)
However this site did not work the times I tried.

Sadly also, there are still no wiki links on gnucash.org. 

Maybe someone with write access can add an new /en/wiki subpage and reference 
it from the mainpage under Help:

Shared GnuCash Information Database (Wiki)

This is a Wiki system meaning everybody can and is encouraged to edit and 
enhance the Information posted. The system works best if everybody keeps his 
notes of insight on this community "notepad". To do so just click on "edit" 
on the bottom of a wiki page.
