Probs compiling gnucash-gnome2

I'm running 3.2.2.  This must be a new check in 3.3.x.

The function gcc is complaining about hasn't changed in about a year. 
You should see this same error compiling 1.8, unless something changed
in the glib include files between 1.2 and 2.0.  I checked the
appropriate include files and the function definitions look the same.
