Seriously dude, read the list archives before speaking.  Every frigging 
thing I do to the docs gets an announcement.  Usually a pre-announcement 
requesting background info, and announcements as progress is made with 
links to relevant web-accessable versions of the docs.

No, new chapter announcements hve not as of yet been put on the web 
page.  If you want announcements for new chapters there, fine, I can 
deal with that.  But, don't make it seem like I'm doing this in the dark.
