gnome2 compilation: ghttp.h not found

Hi David,

is it just me or am I totally missing something? When I try to compile 
the gnome2 branch, compilation stops in src/network-utils/gnc-http.c (or 
similar, don't remember exactly) with the error "ghttp.h not found". 
This means that this initial module is not built, and linking of all 
subsequent modules fails as well. On the contrary, you obviously have 
successfully been compiling the gnome2 branch for quite some time now. 
What do I miss here?
