Is Guile deprecated?

Eh?  When have I said that?

Again, when have I said that guile is going away?  I've said that
I've like to reduce the amount of guile, and that I'd like to
revert gnucash-as-a-guile-script to gnucash-as-a-C-app, but nowhere
have I ever said that Guile is deprecated.

Yes.  It will be useful for the forseeable future.
