Accepting Donations at SF: Need Linas' opt-in

Linas,

At this point you are the final admin that needs to approve our
dontation-acceptance at sourceforge.  We want to proceed, but it's all
blocked on your acceptance (or, rather, lack thereof).  Unfortunately
we still haven't heard hide nor hair from you in over a month, and
have no clue when we might hear from you again.

Basically, in order to start accepting donations all the project
admins must opt-in.  Unfortunately (for us) this means you -- but as I
said we haven't heard from you.  In this regard, if we do not hear
from you in a week I plan to remove your sourceforge admin bit so we
can start accepting donations.  I'll gladly turn your admin access
back on at a later date if you so choose.

Please let me (us?) know your intentions in the next week.  I'd much
rather you decide to opt-in for donation (or let us know why you
decline and also provide an alternative donation system).  However if
I do not hear from you in a week I will proceed as I outlined above.
