multi commodity handling

Current stock/mutual accounts don't allow direct transfers of shares when 
moving shares from one brooker to another or for employees with stock option 
plans. The situation is just like with the now depreciated currency accounts.

This topic is about how the ready and implemented features for multi-currency 
handling can also solve the same problems with stocks and arbitrary 
commodities. New commodity type namespaces !=CURRENCY could be restricted to 
some accounts if necessary for some reason.

But I don't know why this should trigger such responses.
